Dry Bones Blues Festival XI Sunday June 15th, 2014 Free One Day community event open to the public. Festival will be held at the Minnesota Music Café at 499 Payne Avenue, St. Paul Minnesota 55103. This year’s event starts at 3 pm and ends at 10 pm. Bands change every hour and each band performs one set. Food and beverages available at reasonable cost.
